What this website offers

This website introduces us and the trips we’re working on. Our first Tonga trip in October 2026 is sold out. Tonga 2027 dates have not been released. Baja in November 2027 is a proposed trip for which we are gauging interest, not a confirmed departure.

Unconfirmed dates, prices and itineraries are not offers for sale. Information can change as plans develop. Ask us if something is unclear or you need current details.

Interest lists are not bookings

Joining a waitlist or sending an enquiry does not reserve a place, make a booking or create an obligation to pay. There is no deposit or payment facility on this website.

Before accepting a future booking, we will supply the confirmed trip information and separate booking terms, including inclusions, exclusions, payment and cancellation arrangements. These website terms are not expedition booking terms.

Wildlife, weather and suitability

Wildlife encounters are never guaranteed. Weather, ocean conditions and operating requirements can change plans. Photos and films show past moments; they are not promises of what you will see.

Activities and swimming requirements differ between trips. Please discuss suitability with us before booking. General website descriptions are not a safety assessment or a substitute for the instructions of the people operating an activity.

Website content

Photographs, films, artwork and writing belong to their respective rights holders. Please ask before reusing them. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms do not replace the information and terms supplied for a confirmed booking.
